Years Go By was born while i reflected on the whirlwind of events i had just lived through, in awe of how life changes so fast. i was staying with a friend after a breakup, and i would often find my way to his roof to play guitar in private. it had been a while since i saw that friend, and in writing this song i realized the right people will always be along for the ride, no matter how much distance separates you.
